Charming, contemporary, detached house in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, approx. 14 km from the Beaches, Guérande and La Baule.
460 m² enclosed garden with south-facing wooden terrace, 27° heated Piscine (7.5 x 4 m - open from late May to mid-September) and year-round Spa (supplement €20/day).
Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room (bed 160x200), linen room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: bed 90x190), bathroom and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, air conditioning.
Included: electricity, reversible air-conditioning + pellet stove, bathroom linen.
Not included: bed linen (15€/double bed and 10€/single bed), end-of-stay cleaning (80€) and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (90€).

Michael and Maria A very enjoyable stay at Gite 927.
We had a very pleasant stay. Everything we needed was available and the heated pool made the stay even better. Plenty of space for 4 of us and when the temperature increased it was nice to have air conditioning available.

MHKG Comme à la maison
Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans ce gîte qui est très bien situé pour pouvoir rayonner dans cette belle région. La maison est tellement agréable et bien équipée que nous y avons aussi passé des journées sans bouger et ainsi profiter de la piscine chauffée, de la terrasse avec BBQ matin midi et soir. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants... On s'est senti comme chez nous.

BLR Un chez soi en vacances
Le gite est pourvu de tout ce que vous souhaitez pour passer un merveilleux séjour : jacuzzi, piscine chauffée, BBQ de pro, coin terrasse super bien aménagé, TV top avec multi chaînes, petits et grands électro ménager pour vous faciliter la vie !
Maison au calme et jardin permettant une détente zen :)
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très disponibles en cas de besoin.
15 jours de dépaysement et nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus !Si nous revenons dans la région : nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

HPouchou Superbe gîte tout confort avec piscine chauffée
Super séjour en famille. La déco intérieure et extérieure du gîte est au top, Tout est parfait, chaque détail étudié. Tout est moderne et élégant. On s'est senti comme à la maison, rien ne manquait. La plancha sous la pergola a servi tous les jours. Isabelle et Henrick sont de supers hôtes, accueillants, souriants, disponibles et très réactifs. La situation du gîte est idéale pour visiter la région qui est magnifique aussi. Le calme des lieux ne donne qu'une envie, c'est revenir une prochaine fois.

Shona Superb
Excellente maison avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La piscine, le bain à remous et le jardin sont superbes. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Nous n'aurions pas pu en demander plus. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte en première classe.
