Holiday cottage la Cour is a charming, tastefully renovated cottage adjoining the owners' manor house, 8 km from Clisson and 16 km from Nantes (20 min by train from the station 2 km away). Piscine shared with the owners, heated from May to September (10x3m). Possibility of owner's Spa access at extra cost (€25/day - from 8am to 8pm approx. - 48 hours' notice). 3-seater canoe available on loan.
Private parking in front of Holiday cottage + on owners' property.
Private outdoor space of 60 m² enclosed by stone walls with convivial terrace and 300 m² shared by the Piscine and Spa.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 180x200, 2: 160x200 and TV) and shower room.
Equipment included: wifi, radio/CD/Bluetooth speaker, washing machine with dryer, baby bed/high chair.
All inclusive: electricity, underfloor aerothermal heating, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax extra.
