The Holiday cottage de la Carrée du Sud is an old farmhouse renovated into a self-catering cottage, located 4 km from the beaches of St Brévin and 16 km from St Nazaire, and close to a farm (dairy cows).
Enclosed garden of 1000 m² with north-facing terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2 and 3: 2 90x200 beds), bathroom (bath + shower) and separate WC.
Facilities included: wifi, stereo, full baby equipment.
Not included: electricity, Electric heating, bed linen, towels and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€).
