The Holiday cottage de la Carrée du Sud is an old farmhouse renovated into a self-catering cottage, located 4 km from the beaches of St Brévin and 16 km from St Nazaire, and close to a farm (dairy cows).
Enclosed garden of 1000 m² with north-facing terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2 and 3: 2 90x200 beds), bathroom (bath + shower) and separate WC.
Facilities included: wifi, stereo, full baby equipment.
Not included: electricity, Electric heating, bed linen, towels and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€).

Gîte Top. Rien ne manque. Trois belles chambres, cuisine ouverte simple mais pratique et bien équipée, grande salle à manger et salon. Terrasse avec salon et pergola. Proche de St Brévin et de ses plages.

Patrick & Gwenda (Belgiê) Heel rustig verblijf en aangename gastheer en gastvrouw
Heel vriendelijk onthaald door de dochter. Er stond een lekker welkomstgeschenkje klaar voor ons.
Ruime woning,proper en rustig gelegen , kortbij om uitstapjes te doen.(Ile des machines in Nantes is een echte aanrader )
In de woning is alles aanwezig (ook oven,wasdraad,wasrekje,strijkplank). Ruime badkamer met grote douche en comfortabel bad. Overdekt terras om 's avonds nog wat na te genieten,
Gastheer en gastvrouw zijn heel erg vriendelijk , we zijn verschillende keren naar de koetjes en de pasgeboren kalfjes gaan kijken .
