Ideally located between the medieval town of Guérande, La Turballe, Piriac sur Mer, La Baule and the Brière Regional Park, both in the countryside and not far from the sea (3 km), the Kerhouanne gîte is a traditional semi-detached house, renovated in the traditional style with all modern comforts. It is close to the owners' dairy farm, with visits possible on request. Private enclosed outdoor space of 400 m² with terrace (south). Facilities include pétanque, molkky and a henhouse for collecting eggs in season.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room (bed 160x200) and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 open-plan bedroom (3 twin beds 90x200) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, cot/high chair/changing table/baby bath.
Included: bed linen (beds made), electricity, electric heating and wood.
Not included: bathroom linen and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€). Socket for recharging electric cars.

CHRISTIANE Séjour inoubliable à la ferme
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et proposent une visite intéressante de leur ferme : ils parlent de leur métier avec passion.. Le gîte est spacieux, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé et proche des lieux à visiter ( Guérande, marais salants, Piriac-sur Mer, Le Pouliguen ...).
