Gîte Hortensias

The Holiday cottage Hortensias is part of a complex of 4 holiday cottages located in La Janais, in the peaceful Countryside, 11 km from Vallons-de-l'Erdre, 23 km from Châteaubriant and 65 km from Nantes. It is adjoined by two Holiday cottages (including the Gîte Tournesols). Private parking on the property. South-facing terrace and enclosed outdoor space. Access to shared 4000 m² garden: unheated above-ground swimming pool (7 m diameter), pétanque court and ping-pong table shared with the other Holiday cottages. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room.
Upstairs: 1 family bedroom (2 sleeping areas separated by a curtain: 2 twin beds 80x200 and 1 bed 140x190), shower room/wc. Equipment included: wifi, pod coffee maker, Kids safety gate and baby bed/chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges...). No washing machine. Included: heating (heat pump), electricity, bed linen (beds made on arrival). Not included: bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning (compulsory for business customers - 65€).
