Charming detached Holiday cottage in quiet location (owners' house nearby), in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 5.5 km from the famous Mare aux Oiseaux Restaurant, 8 km from La Bretesche Golf Club, 16 km from the beach, 18 km from La Baule and Guérande, and 47 km from Vannes.
Private parking on property.
South/west-facing terrace and private, unenclosed 1000 m² garden, with shared heated indoor swimming pool (8x4m - open from early April to late September).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living/dining room (quality convertible bed 140x190) and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) and shower room/wc.
Facilities included: wifi, cot/chair.
Included: electricity, aerothermal heating/reversible air-conditioning, bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning.
Pets on request (5€/day - deposit 100€).
Breakfast and catered meals with local produce available on request from the owner.

Au calme du marais de Brière, gîte indépendant très agréable et confortable, disposant d’une climatisation. Cerise sur le gâteau : une piscine chauffée à disposition. Frédéric le propriétaire est bien sympathique et nous a donné quelques bonnes adresses et activités à faire et découvrir dans la région.

Alice Séjour merveilleux dans cette maison tout confort
Frédéric a été très accueillant et les lieux sont impeccables ! Rien a redire, tout était parfait. Petite maison très bien entretenue avec des équipements de qualité . Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ! Nous espérons pouvoir réitérer la location pour un prochain séjour. Merci beaucoup
