The Prés des Rochas Holiday cottage is set in lush greenery, 800 m from beaches and shops, 7 km from Guérande and 15 km from La Baule. Enclosed wooded grounds of 1000 m² with terrace and bike storage.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (combi oven), 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 160x200 with outside access and private terrace, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room, separate WC (access via shower room). Outside laundry room.
Equipment included: freezer compartment, DVD player, baby equipment (bed, booster seat, bathtub).
Not included: Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels (to be paid on site) and tourist tax. Pets: deposit 100€.

Michelle et Pascal Belles prestations grand jardin clos
Nous avons passé une bonne semaine avec un temps magnifique. Très bon accueil des propriétaires discrets et là si petit problème. Le gîte est situé dans une impasse très calme et le jardin est grand et bien clos pour le chien. La cuisine est très bien équipée et récente. La literie est très confortable. Et le gîte de plain pied est appréciable.

CHRISTINE.L Le gîte est très agréable, dans lequel les chiens sont acceptés, ce qui est fort appréciable.
Situé dans un environnement calme avec un jardin spacieux et bien agencé. Près de la maison des propriétaires ce qui nous a permis de sortir en laissant la maison ouverte avec le chien dans le jardin en toute sécurité. Un peu loin des plages à pieds. La voiture étant nécessaire pour une personne âgée. Un avantage par contre le Super U est très proche et aussi une super boulangerie pâtisserie. Un plus également pour une literie confortable et en bon état. J'ai loué ce gîte pour une semaine, avec ma mère et mon chien. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Sylvie, Michel et Colette qui sont des gens charmants. La proximité avec les propriétaires n'était absolument pas gênante. Ils sont restés discrets mais présents aux moindres besoins, sachant donner des conseils sur l'environnement et les lieux touristiques. Un séjour bien agréable chez eux. Un peu trop court à mon sens.
