Charming 18th-century house renovated into a semi-detached City cottage, located in the heart of the old town of Le Croisic, 2 steps from the port, shops and restaurants, covered market, 500 m from the train station and 1.4 km from the beaches. Free public parking 10 m away. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 1 bed 160x200) and shower room/wc. 1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room/lounge opening onto a small balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with shower room/wc. Equipment included: wifi, stereo, cot/baby chair/changing mat, washing machine with dryer. Included: bed linen and towels. Not included: electricity, electric heating and tourist tax. Cleaning fee (65€). 13 km from Guérande, 17 km from La Baule.

M. L. Idyllisches gemütliches Haus in bester Lage!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Le Croisic, und dieses Haus hat sehr dazu beigetragen. Es ist sehr nah am Hafen, wo alle Gaststätten sind. Man spaziert auch durch hübsche Gässchen innerhalb von drei Minuten zur Markthalle, die eine gute Auswahl an Lebensmitteln hat. Zwischen Hôtel de Ville und dem Haus gibt es auch einen Parkplatz, wo man meistens Platz findet.
Das Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet. Gemütliches Sofa, Stereo-Anlage, kleiner Fernseher, Föne, Waschtrockner (!) und Bügelbrett.
Die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet, das man problemlos auch aufwändigeres kochen kann. Nur scharfe Messer und Mixer fehlen, aber das ist wirklich das einzige. Am Hafen wird übriges frischer Fisch verkauft.

CATHERINE Acceuil très sympathique des hôtes, qui ont réalisé une magnifique rénovation de leur gîte.
Le gîte est superbe, très fonctionnel, rénové et décoré avec soin et un goût de l'authenticité ( pierres apparentes, charpentes en bois, enduit à la chaux, très beau meubles anciens...)
La situation géographique du gîte est idéal : pas besoin de voiture, on peut tout faire en vélo, à pied, en bus... et profiter du port, de l'océan...- Cleanliness

AUDE 2 semaines de rêve au Croisic
Nous connaissions déjà le gîte du portail et sommes revenus avec joie profiter du Croisic. La maison est belle, spacieuse, très bien équipée pour les grands et les petits. L’emplacement est idéal. Un immense merci à nos hôtes pour la chaleur de leur accueil. Nous reviendrons!
