Located in the heart of the Nantes Vineyard and close to the Sèvre Nantaise river, 20 minutes from Nantes and Clisson, Domaine du Pâtis de la Bouteillerie is a haven of peace set in 1 ha of enclosed parkland, with woods, a lake, tennis courts, a bowling green and an indoor, unheated swimming pool (5x10m) shared with the owners.
A vast relaxation and leisure area is also available on the property in high season (closed in winter): gaming room with billiards, table soccer, table tennis.
Hiking trails depart from the Holiday cottage.
Private parking on the property.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, with private sheltered terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, small shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms, 1 of which is attic-style (each with 1 bed 140x190 + bed 90x190).
Additional equipment: wifi (fiber), baby cot/bath.
Includes: bed linen and gas heating.
Not included: electricity (> 8Kwh/d), bathroom linen, compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (90€) and tourist tax.

Welcome to our gîte. We are delighted to welcome you to our estate. We have renovated the former painter's studio and transformed it into a warm and welcoming place. As a lover of nature and sport, you'll enjoy a flower-filled, wooded environment, with all the amenities you need for leisure pursuits. As the seasons change, we'll bring the harvest of fruit trees (cherries, apples, pears, oranges, plums, mirabelles, grapes, etc.) to your doorstep. You may also come across squirrels, herons and other animals.

Simon Un week-end hors du temps
Nous avons passé un week-end extra avec des amis dans ce gîte qui est dans une propriété incroyable. On était vraiment dans un écrin de verdure et de tranquillité. On a profité de la piscine, du terrain de tennis, du billard, baby-foot. On reviendra à coup sûr. Diane et Adrien sont très accueillant et réactif

David nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce bel endroit
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce lieu magnifique. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les jardins et les installations annexes sont magnifiques, entourés d'oiseaux et de nature.

Adriaan Nice gîte on a huge estate
Nice, clean house on a huge, green estate; it is actually an annex of a manor. We had a wonderful time there. Very friendly owners, who brought us vegetables, grapes an extra seats.. Bathroom was a bit small for our son (he is 1.90m ).
