This 17th-century building was completely renovated in 2023, respecting its timeless charm while providing all modern comforts. The Holiday cottage is located 30 km from Nantes and 1.3 km from Clisson train station, in a peaceful, unspoilt setting with a magnificent view of the Sèvre Nantaise river below. Traditional restaurant with "guinguette" in season 100 m away.
Public parking 200 m away, and access to the Holiday cottage via an outside stone staircase or gentle slope (not accessible to wheelchair users).
Charming, unenclosed outdoor spaces on 2 levels (south and west), overlooking the river.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living/dining room (convertible 140x190).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 90x190) and shower room/wc.
Equipment included: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, filter coffee maker + capsules, baby bed/chair.
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: tourist tax.
Our house is never available for rent during the HELLFEST festival.

vincent Une magnifique maison dans un cadre enchanteur
Une semaine au calme dans cette magnifique maison rénovée avec goût et très fonctionnelle. Le point de vue sur la cascade en contrebas et les deux petites terrasses étaient fort agréables. Marie a été très sympathique, prévenante et réactive, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses diverses attentions.
