House located in the center of St Nazaire City, 1.8 km from the Sea front and Escal'Atlantic. The Holiday cottage is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house (separate entrance - very good soundproofing). Shared 100 m² south/west-facing terrace (sandpit). Free public parking 100 m away. It comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms accessible by 1 step, each with private shower room/WC (1: 2 beds 80x200, 2 and 3: bed 160x200) .
Additional amenities: wifi, TV per room, air-conditioning, tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, chair/baby bed. Included: aerothermal heating (air/air), electricity, bed linen (7€ per single bed; 15€ per double bed; beds made on arrival) and towels (6€ per person). Not included: tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee (65€) for business customers. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

Welcome to St Nazaire! We look forward to welcoming you to our comfortable house in the centre of town.
You'll be able to enjoy the seafront, the beaches and a host of nearby leisure activities.
St Nazaire is famous for its aeronautical activities with Airbus, but above all for its exceptional shipbuilding infrastructure, which is surprising in terms of size, with the Chantiers de l'Atlantique, where the cruise liners "France" and "Queen Mary 2" were built (the largest in the world when they were built), and the latest, "Wonder of the seas", which is currently the largest cruise liner in the world, since its commissioning on 05 November 2021 in St Nazaire.
Ideally located close to seaside resorts such as La Baule, Pornichet, Pornic, St Brévin, Guérande and Le Croisic, you can easily venture out to discover their wild coastlines and special features.
