Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, located in the heart of the Parc de Brière, in a small village. Private 150 m² enclosed garden (enclosed on request) with terrace and garden shed, and 5000 m² communal area with boules court. Ground floor: living room, separate fitted kitchen, separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds 90x200), shower room/wc.
Facilities included: freezer, DVD player, Internet access, complete baby equipment, tumble dryer (shared with owner in outbuilding). Included: electricity, bed linen (beds made up), towels/home linen. Not included: electric heating and tourist tax. Cleaning package compulsory for business customers (65€). 20 km from St Nazaire.

Marie-Claire excellent séjour en famille
Accueil chaleureux, gîte confortable, à la campagne, au calme, avec un grand jardin. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir la Brière, mais aussi Saint Nazaire, Guérande, la côte.
