Shared grounds of 2000 m² with unheated indoor swimming pool (4.5x9.5 m - open from June 15 to Sept. 15), boules, volleyball and ping-pong courts, nearby hiking trails (voie verte and Forest).
Ground floor: large living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190), mezzanine relaxation area. Facilities included: Wifi, freezer, tumble dryer, baby equipment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.).

Rodolphe Agréable séjour à la campagne.
Maison fonctionnelle très bien équipée et aménagée, beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur ,idéal pour les familles. Lieu calme, verdoyant et reposant. Bonnoeuvre et un village agréable ou il fait bon vivre, il faut absolument faire un tour sur le pont de l'Erdre et son moulin et faire un crochet en remontant par le jardin du prieuré derrière l'église.
