Holiday cottage de l'Osier is a self-catering cottage in a quiet location in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 14 km from the Beach. It's an old barn that's been renovated with respect for the original structure and 100% natural materials (wood, stone, earth/lime rendering, thatched roof...), giving it an atypical feel. The interior is both warm and rustic, with all modern comforts.
Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage. 425 m² enclosed garden with trees.
Ground floor: living room with pellet stove opening onto kitchen/living room and shower room/wc.
Mezzanine: attic bedroom with 140x190 bed.
Facilities included: wifi.
Includes: electricity and bed linen (Beds made on arrival).
Not included: pellet stove heating, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
Pets allowed free of charge (deposit 100€).

Loukia Confortable et paisible
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Isabelle. Idéalement situé au sein du parc de la Brière, il permet de rejoindre les environs assez vite, et si vous voulez voir la mer, vous y êtes en 30 min de voiture. Le gîte est tout à fait calme, entouré d'un jardin paisible, dans lequel les chats des environs passaient nous dire bonjour. La chambre à l'étage est très douillette, le matelas bien confortable. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, et Isabelle est l'une des rares hôtes à laisser quelques denrées essentielles d'urgence (sel, poivre, huile, filtres à café) dans sa cuisine, en plus de l'avoir complètement équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner des repas sur place, mais aussi pour faire sa vaisselle, sa lessive et nettoyer les lieux. Notre coin préféré était le salon, où nous nous reposions en regardant les flemmes du poêle à pellets, berçés par son ronronnement rythmique. Enfin, Isabelle elle-même est accueillante et d'une gentillesse exemplaire.

Séjour agréable dans un village très calme.jardin clôturé bien apprécié pour notre petit chien. Gite idéalement situé pour découvrir la région et ses environs.

Maureen Très bien
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Isabelle's charming gite which was so sympathetically renovated. Everything which we were likely to need was readily available and we enjoyed relaxing in the garden. The location was perfect in being near amenities but very quiet and well placed for visiting interesting and beautiful areas. Isabelle couldn't have been more helpful and was a mine of information.
Would really recommend it for anyone seeking a base to explore this lovely part of France.
