Holiday cottage located in one of the department's most wine-growing villages. 300 m² enclosed garden with terrace. Lounge/living room with convertible sofa and separate kitchen accessed by 3 steps, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds 90x190), shower room, separate WC and storeroom.
Equipment included: freezer, complete baby equipment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). Included: bed linen. Not included: aerothermal heating (€3.50/day), bathroom linen, electricity, compulsory cleaning fee (€65) and tourist tax. Nantes and Cholet 25 km away.

Les trois marches sont bien indiquées dans le descriptif, il y a une barre pour les personnes en difficulté, les consignes de tri sont indiquées sur chaque poubelle.
