Warmly renovated and stunningly new, the Bois Brûlé Holiday cottage (2 cottages linked by a luminous hall) is quietly located at the foot of the Guérande saltworks, 7 km from La Baule and 22 km from St Nazaire. Enclosed area (south) of 200 m² with 2 totally enclosed wooden terraces of 100 m² (height 1m50) + terrace to the east. Ground floor (wheelchair access): spacious living/dining rooms with 140x190 convertible sofa (2 stoves: wood/pellet) with open-plan fitted kitchens, large dining room for 15 people, s.Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (ch. 1 and 3: bed 140x190, ch. 2: 2 twin beds 80x200 + bed 80x190, ch. 4: 3 beds 90x190, of which 2 twin, mezzanine with TV (extra bed 110x190), bathroom/wc, shower room and separate toilet.
Facilities included: wifi/ethernet, foreign channels, games and books for adults and Kids. Included: gas heating, electricity, household linen. Not included: bed linen (8€/person), bathroom linen (6€/p), densified log (1€/log), pellets (10€/bag/48h), tourist tax and compulsory housekeeping (120€) to be paid to the owner (if not done at time of booking) due to the cottage's capacity. Baby Equipment (10€). Deposit 600€. Pets: 5€/night (deposit 100€/pet). For business stays of more than a fortnight (negotiable rates): compulsory package 120€ (cleaning + sheets for the whole gîte), max 7 employees, to be renewed every month. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Evenings are not permitted without the owner's agreement.
