Private parking on the property (garage + porch).
Terrace and enclosed garden 150 m² (south-east facing).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with private shower room/wc, separate toilet and laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 with washbasins (1 and 2: 2 twin beds 90x200, 3: 2 twin beds 80x200), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: wifi/fiber, cot/bath, tumble dryer, pod coffee machine (Dolce Gusto).
Includes: electricity, underfloor aerothermal heating, wood and bed linen.
