Absolute peace and quiet for this Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' stone property set in 3 ha of land, less than 15 min walk from the ramparts of Guérande and 5 km from the beaches, with a spectacular view of the salt marshes. Shared access to the heated swimming pool (approx. May to end September) with giant chess set. Private walled garden 400 m² with 70 m² south-facing terrace (electric awning) and small Kids' house. Ping-pong in shared courtyard + other outdoor and Beach games available. Another 2-person Holiday cottage on site, totally independent. Holiday cottage des Terres Blanches is on one level and comprises: kitchen/living room, independent lounge, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed and private shower room + independent WC, 2: 2 twin 90x200 beds + 90x190 bed), bathroom and independent WC.
Facilities include: wifi, Bluetooth stereo, games console/DVD, shared video library in the courtyard, cot and high chair on request, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). Electric car recharging point available. Electricity, electric heating, wood, bed linen and towels included. Tourist tax not included. Non-smoking cottage. Owners welcome guests on site.

Rüdiger K. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben die Atmosphäre sehr genossen.
Es war alles perfekt. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben bedauert nur 3 Nächte dort verbracht zu haben.

Nadine Excellente expérience unanime de ma famille
Maison très calme très agréable et très bien équipée . Parfaite pour des personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement car complètement de plein pied, ce qui était le cas de mon papa de 93 ans. La piscine est bien couverte et à température ce qui nous a permis de nous baigner tous les jours. Hormis le chemin un peu cahoteux pour parvenir jusqu’au gîte mais qui s’oublie vite quand on arrive dans le site . Le gîte est tellement agréable avec une vue sur les marais salants de la terrasse je recommande sans aucune réserve et y retournerais volontiers. Nos hôtes sont à la fois discrets , attentifs et très à l’écoute des besoins . Un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions de bienvenue et nous remercions nos hôtes pour ce moment si agréable .nous avons rendu visite régulièrement aux poules qui peuvent faire la joie des enfants.
La région n’était pas une découverte pour nous et c’est un plaisir de la redécouvrir hors saison. Merci encore à nos hôtes.- Cleanliness

This was our second stay and it was as good as the first one. The location is so peaceful. The pool is great. The attention to detail is appreciated. Everything you need has been considered. The sustainability is also important to us and the owners work hard to make the property as ethical and environmentally sound as possible. We love it here!

Marie Therese I highly recommend this gites. We had a lovely stay of two weeks. The house was well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the choice of sitting out areas on three sides of the house, as we could sit in sun or shade at any time of the day. The pool was a lovely option in a beautiful garden. We enjoyed being in the countryside, while only a 15 minute walk from the beautiful walled town of Guerand. We found lots to see and do in the area and beyond. Our hosts were great, available if needed, but we had lots of privacy.

L’allée qui mène à la maison est féérique. La maison est très bien entretenue, propre et très bien équipée. La piscine est grande et facile d’accès. On peut se promener aux environs. Armelle est très accueillante.
