Holiday cottage des Lilas is located on the garden level of an old house (one-story condominium), in the residential area of Plage Benoît, 200 m from the beach and 400 m from Le Pouliguen shops. Private parking on fenced plot (external plug for electric car recharging).
South-west-facing 20 m² courtyard with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Completely renovated in 2023, it features a living room, separate fitted kitchen (hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.).
A bedroom accessible by a step and a shower room/wc.
Equipment included: Nespresso coffee machine, plancha, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges...).
Included: electricity (10kwh/day), bed linen (Beds made on arrival), towels.
Not included: tourist tax (1.10€/day/person) and compulsory cleaning fee (60€).
Le Pouliguen train station 1 km away.
