Detached house in quiet Countryside, 12 km from Nort-sur-Erdre, 13 km from Canal de Nantes à Brest, 12km from Lake Vioreau (water sports in season), 30 km from Nantes and 20 km from Ancenis. Enclosed garden of 1100 m² with wooden games and boules.
Ground floor: living room with separate but open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200), shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 90x200 beds, 3: 4 90x200 beds), bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, complete Baby Equipment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges...).
Included: bed linen.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, bathroom linen, wood (€10 per wheelbarrow) and tourist tax.
