Completely renovated old house in a quiet Countryside location close to the owners. 100 m² enclosed garden with terrace. Swing available in front of Holiday cottage (outside enclosed garden).
Ground floor: living room with sofa bed (130x190) and open kitchen, separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140x190 each) and shower room.
Additional amenities: complete Baby Equipment, Wifi access.
Included: bed linen, household linen and towels.
Not included: Electric heating (9€/day from November to April). Compulsory cleaning fee for business customers (70€). Pet : 5€/day.
Vendée coast 30km and Pornic 40 km.

Merci pour vos appréciations, pour ce qui est des éventuelles modifications, compte tenu de la structuration de l'habitat, il ne nous est pas possible d'en modifier les pièces, quant au convertible dans le salon, c'est une très bonne idée de prévoir un paravent.
Nous vous souhaitons une très belle fin d'année -
