Holiday cottage located in the village of Mézérac, in the heart of the Parc de Brière and 12 km from Guérande. The Holiday cottage is close to the owner's artisanal dairy and farm. Enclosed garden (80 cm high) of 200 m² with terrace.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open kitchen, bathroom, separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190, 3: 2 beds 90x190), relaxation area on landing.
Additional equipment: freezer, radio, Internet access.
Not included: Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, wood (one wheelbarrow free) and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€). Pets: deposit 100€.

Welcome to our gîte, located in Mézérac, in the heart of the Brière, on the Presqu'île guérandaise. You'll be able to take advantage of the hiking trails along the marshes, the beaches along the coast, the salt marshes, the Brière and the various tourist towns. Since the creation of our dairy in 2006, we have devoted ourselves to producing a diverse range of dairy products, including yoghurts, fromage frais, crème fraîche, butter and pressed uncooked cheeses. We welcome you with coffee, cake, dairy products and cold drinks.

Aymeric et Alexia Gîte au calme à la campagne et proche de la côte
Nous avons été très contents du gite. Il est bien placé, au calme à la campagne et en même temps assez proche en voiture des différentes stations balnéaire. Très fonctionnel. Belle cuisine et belle salle de bain refaites à neuf. Les hôtes sont vraiment adorables et attentionnés. Merci à eux !

Wieder mal ein freundlicher Empfang mit Kuchen und Produkten der Farm.

On a passé une bonne semaine dans un gîte charmant dans un village pittoresque de maisons avec toit en chaume, calme. Beaucoup de sites à visiter, et on a bénéficié d’une météo très clémente.
