This holiday cottage offers complete tranquility, situated next to the owners’ stone house on a 3-hectare property, less than a 15-minute walk from the ramparts of Guérande and 5 km from the beaches, with a spectacular view of the salt marshes.
Shared access to the heated Piscine (from around May to late September) with a giant chess set. South- and north-facing terraces. Private parking in front of the holiday cottage. Another 5-person holiday cottage on the property, completely separate.
The Lomanach holiday cottage is single-story (2 steps inside) and consists of a kitchen/living room, a living room (ethanol fireplace), a bedroom (160x200 cm bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo system, DVD player, shared video library under the covered patio, baby bed and high chair available upon request. Electric car charging station available.
Included: electricity, electric heating, sheets, bath and kitchen linens, pool towels in the summer.
Not included: visitor’s tax.
Non-smoking holiday cottage.
Check-in is handled by the owners on-site.

John Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful 10 day stay in the Gite de Lomanach. The cottage had everything we needed. It was extremely comfortable and clean. It is located at the end of a private road away from any noise but it is an easy walk into the beautiful medieval city. Francois and Armelle were very welcoming and always available with advice on places to visit. We loved visiting Le Croisic, La Tourballe and Piriac-sur-Mer. All were within 20 minute drives. If you like French markets they are plentiful! We didn’t use the swimming pool but it did look inviting and in a lovely setting. We would highly recommend it to couples. There is a larger gite that looks just as nice. We are hoping to visit this beautiful area again.
