Absolute peace and quiet for this Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' stone property set in 3 ha of land, less than 15 min walk from the ramparts of Guérande and 5 km from the beaches, with a spectacular view of the salt marshes.
Shared access to heated Piscine (approx. May to end September) with giant chess set. South and north terraces. Table tennis in a shared courtyard + other outdoor and Beach games available. Private parking in front of Holiday cottage. Other 5-person Holiday cottage on site, totally independent.
The Holiday cottage de Lomanach is on one level (2 steps inside) and comprises a kitchen/living room, a sitting room (ethanol fireplace), a bedroom (bed 160x200), a shower room and a separate WC.
Facilities include: wifi, Bluetooth stereo, DVD player, shared video library in the courtyard, baby bed and chair on request. Electric car charging station available.
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, bathroom/kitchen linen, bath towels for the Piscine in summer.
Not included: tourist tax.
Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
Owners welcome guests on site.

John Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful 10 day stay in the Gite de Lomanach. The cottage had everything we needed. It was extremely comfortable and clean. It is located at the end of a private road away from any noise but it is an easy walk into the beautiful medieval city. Francois and Armelle were very welcoming and always available with advice on places to visit. We loved visiting Le Croisic, La Tourballe and Piriac-sur-Mer. All were within 20 minute drives. If you like French markets they are plentiful! We didn’t use the swimming pool but it did look inviting and in a lovely setting. We would highly recommend it to couples. There is a larger gite that looks just as nice. We are hoping to visit this beautiful area again.

En effet, c'était une semaine humide lorsque vous étiez là mais vous avez su profiter de chaque éclaircie pour découvrir les alentours et profiter de chaque moment délicieux qui s'offrait à vous malgré la pluie.
