2 km from the ocean, this spacious eco-cottage, close to the owners' house and another Holiday cottage (44G208361), is a typical Pays de Retz stone farmhouse, renovated with traditional, environmentally-friendly materials. Wooden terrace, enclosed garden (300 m²) facing south/west. Soccer goal, racket games, beach games.
Ground floor: living room opening onto a wooded area, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 90x190), bathroom, separate WC.
Additional equipment: Wifi, CD player.

John E Very Comfortable Gite - Good Location
We spent an excellent week in this lovely very spacious gite which has been equipped to a high standard. Didier the owner greeted us with a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. The gite is handily placed for exploring both north and south of the river Loire. Next time we are in the region, we will stay in this gite again,
