Wooden terrace, enclosed garden (300 m²) facing south/west. Soccer goal, racket games, beach games.
Ground floor: living room opening onto a wooded area, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 90x190), bathroom, separate WC.
Additional equipment: Wifi, CD player.
Included: electricity, underfloor heating PAC air/eau. Not included: bed linen, towels, compulsory cleaning (60€) and tourist tax.

Grand gîte bien placé pour faire la côte, de Noirmoutier à la frontière sud du Morbihan,
Le propriétaire est charmant et réactif
La proximité de la route passante est un peu gênante pour les personnes habituées au calme la nuit, heureusement nous n avions pas à laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit du fait de la météo .- Cleanliness
