Set of 3 Holiday cottages in a 1900 character property facing the Sea, 8 km from Pornic. Separate entrance, but no Sea view.
Private 15 m² teak terrace, and 600 m² shared, unenclosed grounds, including parking for each unit.
Ground floor (small step to access shower room and bedrooms): living room with open kitchen, 2 small bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 bunk beds 90x190), shower room and separate toilet.
Washing machine and barbecue shared by all 3 Holiday cottages.
Equipment included: cot/high chair and baby bath on request.
Not included: Electric heating, bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
Cleaning package compulsory (tourist clientele 85€).
Cleaning and linen package mandatory for business customers (120€/stay).
Pets: deposit 100€.

OGR Très bel emplacement en front de mer
Logement très bien situé dans une belle maison; quelques améliorations pourraient cependant être apportées: vaisselle et ustensiles divers hétéroclites pouvant être changés, cafetière plus grande à prévoir. le forfait ménage est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation. Idem pour le forfait linge trop élevé. Pour rester cohérent il faudrait aligner le logement sur celui du 1er étage complètement modernisé.
