Shared 600 m² unfenced plot, including parking for each unit.
Holiday cottage on first floor with private balcony (south-facing): living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), bathroom and separate toilet.
Duplex: mezzanine (1 bed 90x190) and en-suite bedrooms (bed 160x200).
Washing machine and barbecue shared by all 3 Holiday cottages.
Equipment included: low-speed wifi, freezer section, CD player, cot/high chair and baby bath on request.
Not included: Electric heating, bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
Compulsory cleaning fee (tourist customers €106).
Cleaning and linen package mandatory for business customers (120€/stay).

Gîte agréable, pièce de vie petite pour 5 personnes. Balconnet et non terrasse. Photos non adaptées. Prix élevés par rapport aux équipements et au logement.

Suite à votre avis déposé, nous tenons, l'Agence Gîtes de France de Loire-Atlantique, à vous rappeler que ce gîte n'a pas une capacité de 5 mais de 4 personnes. Si vous étiez 5, il est normal que l'hébergement vous ait semblé étroit.
Concernant le balcon, il est bien indiqué dans le descriptif. A aucun endroit il est indiqué que ce bien dispose d'une terrasse : "Gîte à l'étage avec balcon privatif (orienté sud)".
Enfin, le prix de cette location correspond à son nombre d'épis suite à notre labellisation, à sa localisation qui reste exceptionnelle, et aux équipements dont il dispose. -
