The l'Imprévu Holiday cottage is 700 m from the Beach, 500 m from the Sainte-Marguerite shops and 2 km from the center of Pornichet.
Semi-detached from the owners' residence, it is totally independent: access, house and garden.
The Holiday cottage is an ideal base camp for enjoying Pornichet's beaches and the countless activities on the Presqu'ile Guérandaise and in Saint-Nazaire. Bus L13 nearby (St-Nazaire - Pornichet & La Baule train stations). Summer beach shuttle service (free).
Private, enclosed, shady 300 m² south/west-facing garden, closed garage and parking in front of garage.
GROUND FLOOR: Large living/dining room (wood-burning stove), open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC.
FLOOR: 4 bedrooms with adjustable bedding (Ch1: bed 140x190 and private bathroom, Ch2&3: 2 twin beds 80x190, Ch4: 2 twin beds 80x190 and 1 baby bed 60x120), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: WIFI fiber access, DVD & CD players, iPod station, complete Kids and Baby equipment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges...).
Non-smoking house.
Included: end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: electric heating (meter reading), firewood (at cost), bed linen and towels (can be rented) and tourist tax.
The Holiday cottage is OPEN ALL YEAR round and is a great place to stay whatever the season. Low & mid season: short stays (2 nights minimum) or week. High season (April, July, August vacations): weekdays from Saturday to Saturday. Contact us for any other request.

NB: Situated in a quiet residential area, the Holiday cottage is ideal for family and friends gatherings, but is not suitable for all-night parties!

For short WEEKEND stays: Arrival on Friday at 4:00 pm and possible departure on Sunday evening (not 10:00 am).
