The “Holiday cottage” is located 700 m from the beach, 500 m from the shops in Sainte-Marguerite, and 2 km from downtown Pornichet. Free beach shuttle in the summer.
The holiday cottage is attached to the owners’ residence but is completely independent (separate access to the house and garden).
Private parking on the property (in front of the house or in the locked garage).
Private, enclosed, and shaded garden of 300 m² facing southwest.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room (wood-burning stove), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with flexible bedding arrangements (1: 140x190 bed and private bathroom; 2 and 3: 2 cots 80x190 qui peuvent être joints ensemble; 4: 2 cots 80x190 qui peuvent être joints ensemble et 1 lit bébé 60x120), salle de bain, et toilette séparée.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD & CD players, baby bed/high chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges...).
Included: end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: Electric heating, electric car charging (high-capacity outlet, 3 kWh—20 cts/kWh), firewood (at cost), sheets, towels, and visitor’s taxes.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday cottage.
Located in a quiet residential area, the holiday cottage is ideal for hosting family gatherings and get-togethers with friends but is not suitable for loud parties that go on all night.

For short WEEKEND stays: Arrival on Friday at 4:00 pm and possible departure on Sunday evening (not 10:00 am).
