The l'Imprévu Holiday cottage is 700 m from the Beach, 500 m from the Sainte-Marguerite shops and 2 km from the center of Pornichet.
Semi-detached from the owners' residence, it is totally independent: access, house and garden.
The Holiday cottage is an ideal base camp for enjoying Pornichet's beaches and the countless activities on the Presqu'ile Guérandaise and in Saint-Nazaire. Bus L13 nearby (St-Nazaire - Pornichet & La Baule train stations). Summer beach shuttle service (free).
Private, enclosed, shady 300 m² south/west-facing garden, closed garage and parking in front of garage.
GROUND FLOOR: Large living/dining room (wood-burning stove), open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC.
FLOOR: 4 bedrooms with adjustable bedding (Ch1: bed 140x190 and private bathroom, Ch2&3: 2 twin beds 80x190, Ch4: 2 twin beds 80x190 and 1 baby bed 60x120), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: WIFI fiber access, DVD & CD players, iPod station, complete Kids and Baby equipment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges...).
Non-smoking house.
Included: end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: electric heating (meter reading), firewood (at cost), bed linen and towels (can be rented) and tourist tax.
The Holiday cottage is OPEN ALL YEAR round and is a great place to stay whatever the season. Low & mid season: short stays (2 nights minimum) or week. High season (April, July, August vacations): weekdays from Saturday to Saturday. Contact us for any other request.
NB: Situated in a quiet residential area, the Holiday cottage is ideal for family and friends gatherings, but is not suitable for all-night parties!
For short WEEKEND stays: Arrival on Friday at 4:00 pm and possible departure on Sunday evening (not 10:00 am).

Welcome to the Imprévu gîte. When we opened this gîte in June 2016, we were continuing an old family tradition. From the 1950s to the 1970s, my grandparents, Marie and Auguste Guillou, welcomed guests to l'Imprévu who returned year after year to spend their holidays there. The preparations, arrivals and departures of the families punctuated the summers of my childhood at my grandparents' house. At l'Imprévu you'll be able to enjoy the holiday you've always imagined, whether it's discovering the many tourist sites of our beautiful region, cycling the 140 km of the Vélocéan itinerary, taking advantage of the countless activities and events on the Côte d'Amour, discovering the beaches, creeks and promenades of Sainte-Marguerite on foot, or simply relaxing in the shade of the cherry tree. Bony Séjour très agréable même en hiver
Maison très spacieuse, avec les chambres spacieuses et lumineuses à l’étage, une pièce à vivre bien agencée et une cuisine avec tout ce qu’il faut comme équipement pour cuisiner !
La situation de la maison est parfaite pour qui recherche le calme (zone résidentielle) mais à proximité de la plage magnifique de Bonne Source accessible facilement à pieds et du côté plus calme de Pornichet.
L’accueil est très chaleureux et on est vite en confiance.
Concernant les charges d’électricité, ce qu’il reste en deçà du forfait de base est tout à fait raisonnable - en restant cependant dépendant de la météo, mais la maison est plutôt bien isolée.
Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse et du jardin vu la saison, mais cela doit être agréable aux beaux jours vu l’orientation.
Nous avons pu finir le séjour avec un magnifique coucher de soleil, sur la plage, vu son orientation.
Nous gardons un excellent souvenir en famille de notre séjour.- Cleanliness

Merci pour votre sympathique commentaire qui nous encourage. Nous sommes particulièrement ravis quand nos visiteurs "hivernaux" découvrent, et apprécient, le gîte et notre belle région, hors période estivale.

Le gîte est spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous étions 5 adultes, 2 grandes filles et 1 bébé. Tout le monde était confortablement installé avec une literie qualitative.
Il est également très bien situé pour aller à pied à la plage, se promener sur le chemin côtier ou faire des escapades un peu plus loin dans les alentours à St Nazaire, Le Pouliguen, La Baule, le Croisic et il est facile de trouver où faire ses courses. Le choix des activités est varié et la présence du jardin est un vrai plus ! Merci beaucoup :)- Cleanliness

Girafe Séjour très agréable près des plages.
Très bon séjour avec les enfants et petits enfants.
De belles visites à faire aux alentours.
Les enfants ont apprécié la plage, la chasse aux crabes et le gazon du gîte pour des petites parties de foot.
