Quiet, detached house on the edge of the Gâvre forest, 8 km from Blain, 40 km from Nantes, close to the owners' farm (cereals - no animals).
2500 m² enclosed garden with north and south terraces. Table tennis and Molky games available.
Ground floor: kitchen/living room opening onto living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x190, 2: bed 140x190, 3: bed 160x200), shower room, separate WC and shower room/wc accessible for disabled people.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140x190) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player.
Electricity and aerothermal heating included.
Not included: bed linen, towels, wood and tourist tax.

Welcome to our simple, friendly gîte on the edge of Le Gâvre's 4500-hectare national forest.
This is the house where we grew up, and we've transformed it into a comfortable, welcoming gîte.
The spirit of the place has been preserved in the renovation, with the emphasis on providing the facilities and comfort needed to welcome groups.
Situated in a hamlet in the heart of the countryside, the gîte can be used as a base for numerous excursions into the forest adjacent to the garden, in search of megaliths or mushrooms, as well as in the surrounding area: the Nantes-Brest canal and the château at Blain, the Trois Rivières region. A little further afield, 1 hour's drive south to Nantes, and west to the Atlantic coast.
We've thought of everyone's comfort and peace and quiet, with spacious bedrooms and an enclosed, shady garden.
The gîte can accommodate families, groups of friends or business people at any time of year.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au gîte de la Magdelaine. Nous avons été très bien accueillis! Le gîte est pratique et à deux pas de la forêt du Gâvre. Je recommande vivement.

Eric Logement très confortable, adapté a une famille nombreuse, au calme, parking facile, bcp de jeux,
Logement très confortable, adapté a une famille nombreuse avec de nombreuses salles de bain et sanitaires. Gite au calme. Bonne literie, matelas bien fermes. Nombreux jeux dont nous n avons pas profité car de mariage mais très bien equipe.
