50 km from Nantes, 75 km from Angers and 80 km from Rennes, semi-detached farmhouse in the heart of the countryside. Enclosed 250 m² garden with terrace with swing, slide and sandpit opposite the gîte.
Ground floor: large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room, separate toilet and boiler room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed 160x200, 2: 2 twin beds 90x190, 3: 2 twin beds 90x200), shower room, separate WC. Additional equipment: internet access, freezer compartment, radio, baby equipment.
Included: bed linen, electricity, household linen.
Not included: oil-fired heating (€15/day), towels, wood. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (90€). Pets: deposit 100€.

Cécile et Amand
We were both born in the area and have worked as livestock farmers in the village of La Ferronnais. We are available to welcome our guests and, if they wish, we can talk to them about local history and developments, accompany them on hiking trails, and advise them on discovering the local heritage and the nearby towns of Nantes-Angers-Rennes. Already 20 years of loyalty to Gîtes de France, some excellent memories, and a passion for welcoming people again.
