Holiday cottage de la Côte de Jade is located in the village of La Plaine sur Sea, 100 m from shops and restaurants, 2 km from the beach, 10 km from Pornic, 25 km from St Nazaire and 58 km from Nantes.
Free public parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Enclosed garden with south-facing wooden terrace, outdoor shower and workshop with darts and table soccer.
Ground floor: separate kitchen opening onto spacious living/dining room (2 convertible sofa beds 140x190), decorated and decorated in a way that highlights the history of the building while preserving the raw materials (stone, wood, beams...), separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 140x200 bed) and shower room.
Possibility of access to attic dormitory (not Gîtes de France® approved) with home Cinema/video projector (no TV in the gîte).
Equipment included: baby bed/chair, tumble dryer. Free City Wifi.
Included: electricity, Gas heating and Electric heating.
Not included: bed linen (10€/bed), towels (5€/pers.), end-of-stay cleaning (100€) and tourist tax.

Welcome to our Côte de Jade gîte!
My husband and I and our 3 children fell in love with the Côte de Jade. We fell in love with this house in the village of La Plaine sur Mer. Charming, energising, comfortable and with a sunny outdoor space, we have furnished it with taste, respecting the raw materials (stone, beams, wooden staircase...) and its history. We love to spend time with family and friends in this house and to recharge our batteries with the beauty of the Côte de Jade.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, literie confortable. Le double vitrage atténue bien le son des cloches toutes proches qui commencent à sonner à 7h! Jolie décoration.
