Ground floor: sitting room (wood-burning stove), living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200), bathroom, shower room (Italian shower), separate WC.
Upstairs: large bedroom (bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190) with sitting area.
Additional equipment: alarm, shared tumble dryer, Wifi, hifi, iPod station, home cinema, DVD player, crib and booster seat.
Included: gas heating (2 m3/day max.), bed linen, towels/household linen.
Not included: electricity, cleaning charge (€100), tourist tax and wood (€10 per fire).
