The bright, spacious La Chouette holiday cottage is set in a peaceful, green setting halfway between Nantes and Clisson (adjoining the owners' house). Marais de Goulaine and Port du Montru 800 m away. Private enclosed garden (650 m²) with terrace.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open-plan kitchen, 2 large bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 2 twin beds 80x200), large shower room and separate toilet.
Equipment included: wifi, DVD/K7 player, radio/CD, 4 adult bikes, complete baby equipment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges...).
Sheets included.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, towels, wood, tourist tax, cleaning fee (45€).
Small dogs and horses accepted on request.
