Located 20 km from Nantes, near the owners’ home and the Nantes-Brest Canal, this comfortable wood-frame holiday cottage is set in a quiet, lush green setting. Charming, shaded, enclosed garden of 500 m², terrace with Spa included (€150 deposit).
Living room with open-concept fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 80x200, 2: 2 beds 90x190), bathroom, separate toilet. Optional (check with the owner): 1 bedroom accessible from outside (90x200 bed with shower and toilet).
Amenities included: Baby Equipment, Wifi Internet, networked video library, TV (satellite), DVD player, stereo system, locked bike storage, and rental of 4 bikes (contact the owners). Included: sheets, towels, and household linens.
Not included: Electric heating, tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€65).
Please note: From January 26 to March 30, the Spa is out of service.
The Spa is not available to businesses.
A deposit of 150€ is required to use the spa.
