Located 20 km from Nantes, close to the owners' house and the Nantes-Brest Canal, this comfortable wood-frame gîte is set in a quiet, leafy setting. Charming 500 m² shaded enclosed garden, terrace with spa included (deposit 150€).
Living room with open-plan kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room, separate WC. Optional (see owner): 1 bedroom with outside access (90x200 bed with shower and toilet).
Additional amenities: baby equipment, wifi/wired Internet, network video library, flat-screen TV (satellite), DVD player, hi-fi, locked bike room and 4-bike rental (see owners). Included: bed linen, towels/household linen.
Not included: electric heating, tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€).
A deposit of 150€ is required to use the spa.
