The Kerquessaud 2 holiday cottage is located on the upper floor of another holiday cottage, with a completely separate entrance (the two holiday cottages can be connected—total capacity: 7 people). The sea and Guérande are about 4 km away.
Private parking on the property.
Private covered balcony and a shared, unfenced 1,000 m² garden, with a ping-pong table available (shared by both Holiday cottages).
Fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with a sitting/TV area (sofa bed 140x190), bathroom with shower and toilet.
Additional amenities included: Wi-Fi, high chair, standing fan, and cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
Included: electricity.
Not included: Gas heating (€60/week), sheets, bath and household linens, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee (€65).
Only small pets allowed (€5/day).

Denis Très agréable séjour
Nous avons été bien accueilli par la propriétaire. Le logement est calme, à la fois proche de la baie et de ses plages, comme de Guerande et des marais salants, de la Côte sauvage, ou des marais de la Brière.

VALERIE Séjour calme et reposant
Un petit coin idéal de "campagne" à la ville, jardin et poules, c est très sympathique. Gite spacieux, confortable, propre et surtout de bons conseils de la propriétaire; nous en gardons un bon souvenir.
