Quietly located 1 km from the beach, next to the owners' berry farm, the 3 gîtes/studios are housed in the former outbuildings of Château de la Gressière. They are equipped and decorated to a very high standard. Private parking in front of the gîtes.
Communal walled courtyard with garden furniture and shared barbecue.
Access to 1st floor via shared reception area: living room/kitchen with sleeping area (180x200 bed) and sitting area, shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, cot/chair.
Access to upstairs library (shared) from reception area.
Shared washing machine, dryer, freezer and iron/ironing board for all 3 studios.
Included: electricity, underfloor aerothermal heating, bed linen (beds made up on arrival), towels and household linen. Not included: tourist tax.

Between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, our gîtes are located in a charming seaside town just 1 km from the sea. Former outbuildings of the Château de la Gressière, we have preserved the interior volumes and exterior architecture. The coastal scenery, golden cliffs, sandy beach and gîtes located right next to a small fruit orchard are just a few of the ingredients that should ensure you have a pleasant stay. Nous avons profité du bel appartement et du jardin, des plages près du gîte, des promenades et des évenements culturels organisés par la communauté de la Bernerie en Retz et des gens actifs dans la région. Nous avons même pu récolter quelques fruits chez nos hôtes!
