Quietly located 1 km from the beach, next to the owners' berry farm, the 3 gîtes/studios are housed in the former outbuildings of Château de la Gressière. They are equipped and decorated to a very high standard. Private parking in front of the gîtes. Communal walled courtyard with garden furniture and shared barbecue.
Ground floor: living room/kitchenette with sleeping area (180x200 bed) and sitting area, shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, cot/chair.
Access to upstairs library (shared) from reception area.
Shared washing machine, dryer, freezer and iron/ironing board for all 3 studios.
Included: electricity, underfloor aerothermal heating, bed linen (beds made up on arrival), towels and household linen.
Not included: tourist tax.

Former outbuildings of the Château de la Gressière, we have preserved the interior volumes and exterior architecture.
