"Fleur de sel" is a traditional Breton-style, detached house located on the wild coast of Le Pouliguen, a magnificent natural site, about 100 m from the coastal path accessible from the bottom of the garden, 2 km from La Baule and 5 km from Guérande. Private parking on the property. Large garage for bikes/motorbikes with ping-pong table, tumble dryer, 2nd fridge and freezer.
South-facing terrace with awning and vast 2500 m² enclosed wooded garden with gantry. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living/dining room with fireplace/insert, unheated veranda (accessible from outside or from bedroom/living room), bedroom/TV room (quality convertible 140x190) with private shower room/wc and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms with small Sea view (1: 160x200 bed with private shower room/wc, 2: 2 90x190 beds, 3: 90x190 trundle beds that cannot be separated), and bathroom/wc. Equipment included: wifi, cot/baby chair and cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges.All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels, end-of-stay cleaning. Tourist tax extra. Only 2 dogs accepted maximum (10€/day - deposit 100€). Non-smoking house.
