Midway between Nantes and the sea (approx. 30 km), Douce Bohême is a semi-detached gîte in a quiet countryside location, combining the charm of renovation with the comfort of new construction. Other 9- and 5-person gîtes nearby.
50 m² enclosed outdoor space (south-facing) with attractive terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room/wc (2 twin beds 90x200) and linen room.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, hifi, CD/DVD players, complete baby equipment.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (70€).
50€ deposit withheld in the event of failure to sort waste.

Au Fil des Saisons is a 9-bed family home that we renovated ourselves. We've put all our heart into making it welcoming and family-friendly. To complete our offer, we also renovated Samuel's grandparents' old barn nearby. This "gentle bohemian" gîte sleeps 4 and combines the warmth of the old with the comfort of the new. You'll be able to take advantage of your stay to visit the region and why not sample the vegetables grown by Samuel on his farm, as well as the fine wine produced a few hundred metres away at the Domaine de la Garnaudière.

Arturo Superbe gîte
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce beau gîte tout équipé et très agréable, au calme. Il est situé sur le chemin d'une chouette boucle de randonnée (Les villages) que nous avons pu faire avec les enfants sans prendre la voiture. Propriétaire sympa et accueil au top. Je recommande ce gîte !

Martin Familienurlaub ruhig auf dem Lande mit viel Platz
Das Haus war exakt so wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Wir waren hier im Sommer mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Das Haus bietet dafür genau den richtigen Platz. Alles war perfekt modern ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, Kommunikation (mit Google Translate) völlig problemlos. Kleiner Außenbereich perfekt zum Frühstücken.
Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter!- Cleanliness

Florence Séjour très agréable
Maison vraiment bien agencée et bien aménagée avec goût! Rien ne manque. Endroit tranquille et bien situé par rapport à la côte, la Vendée... Très bon accueil de Nelly, sympathique et agréable . Adresse à retenir

CM Très beau gîte confortable
Très belle rénovation avec du cachet. Confort comme à la maison, très bien équipé pour 4 personnes.
Loué lors du festival Hellfest (40 mn de route environ).
Accueil agréable. N'hésitez pas à tester les délicieux légumes produits sur l'exploitation des propriétaires du gîte, qui sont maraîchers.- Cleanliness
