Midway between Nantes and the sea (approx. 30 km), Douce Bohême is a semi-detached gîte in a quiet countryside location, combining the charm of renovation with the comfort of new construction. Other 9- and 5-person gîtes nearby.
50 m² enclosed outdoor space (south-facing) with attractive terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room/wc (2 twin beds 90x200) and linen room.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, hifi, CD/DVD players, complete baby equipment.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (70€).
50€ deposit withheld in the event of failure to sort waste.

Au Fil des Saisons is a 9-bed family home that we renovated ourselves. We've put all our heart into making it welcoming and family-friendly. To complete our offer, we also renovated Samuel's grandparents' old barn nearby. This "gentle bohemian" gîte sleeps 4 and combines the warmth of the old with the comfort of the new. You'll be able to take advantage of your stay to visit the region and why not sample the vegetables grown by Samuel on his farm, as well as the fine wine produced a few hundred metres away at the Domaine de la Garnaudière.

Parfait, gite spacieux et disposant de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Nelly et Samuel ont été très disponibles pour les petits aménagement permettant à notre bébé de dormir, manger et naviguer en toute sécurité dans la maison avec les équipements fournis. Ils ont également une boutique à la ferme avec des très bons produits.

Sylvie Très bonne expérience
Gîte très sympa, comme dans la description. C'est bien arrangé et il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour les vacances. Nous (parents + 2 ados) avons particulièrement apprécié les 2 salles de bain.
Le gîte est au calme, Nelly est très accueillante, et nous avons dévoré les tomates cerises qui nous ont été offertes.
Nous avons fait de belles visites dans le coin: le gîte est à environ 15 mins de St Philbert (ville avec un Hyper U) et environ 40 mins de Nantes, selon la circulation. Nous y avons passé une bonne semaine.- Cleanliness

Daniel très beau logement bien décoré ,bonne literie et surtout très bon accueil . nous avons fait une cure de tomates cultivées par les propriétaires.
