In the Countryside, 15 km from Nantes and Clisson, the owners welcome you to their dairy farm (tours of the farm are available). Domaine des Boutineries is a top-of-the-range Holiday cottage renovated from former cellars, with year-round heated indoor swimming pool (6.5 x 3.5m). Private terrace (north/east facing) opening onto a 620 m² enclosed, independent garden overlooking the Countryside. Swings and table soccer available.
Ground floor: spacious, bright living room with open-plan kitchen, open-plan lounge, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with PMR shower room, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 90x200 + 2 twin beds 80x200), 1 bathroom (bath + shower) and 1 separate PMR toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with bathroom (bath + shower) and separate WC.
Facilities include: wifi, DVD player, freezer, washing-machine dryer, barbecue/plancha and baby equipment (cot and high chair).
Included: underfloor aerothermal heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and bathrobes.
Not included: tourist tax.

Anthony Gite sublime et hôtes accueillants
La maison est sublime, bien plus belle qu'en photo, c'est dire !!! Tout est de qualité. Les hôtes sont charmants, vous pouvez rendre visite aux vaches, participer à une traite. Pour les autres loisirs, karting à 5 min, Nantes à 15 min. Un séjour génial, nous reviendrons !!!!

Jérôme Séjour sympa entre amis
Gîte spacieux et très bien équipé. La déco est sympa et chaleureuse. La piscine est vraiment un atout et permet de passer de bons moments même en période hivernale ! Je recommande vivement .

Véronique Séjour douillet !!!
Un gite idéal pour un séjour en famille, toutes les générations y ont trouvé leur bonheur. Un coin détente avec une belle piscine, une belle déco, des chambres confortables, un équipement au top, tout était en place pour contribuer à des moments douillets.

Louis Excellente semaine dans un gite haut de gamme
Un très grand merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux de Marie-Line et sa disponibilité. (La semaine est passée trop vite pour que nous puissions rencontrer Patrick)
Gite super bien équipé, au calme, spacieux. Décoration très soignée.
Et la piscine ... bah juste parfaite !
