Public parking 50 m away. Unenclosed outdoor space of 50 m² with south-facing terrace and small view of the Loire.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open-plan but separate fitted kitchen, shower room/wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin 80x200 memory foam beds + 1 90x190 bed, 2: 140x190 bed), bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, radio, complete baby equipment.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels and wood. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€).
