Free public parking a few meters away.
Private 20 m² south-facing terrace.
First floor: living room (sofa bed 140x190) with kitchenette and large bedroom (bed 160x200 + bed 90x190) with en suite shower room/wc.
Additional amenities: wifi, complete baby equipment, washing machine and electric barbecue.

Edith et Claude Descriptif fidèle à l’annonce
Petit gite très confortable propre et bien aménagé. Propriétaire très discret. Accès avec une boite à clés. Le gite est propre, bien équipé et bien aménagé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Assez spacieux pour 1 semaine ou plus. Kitchenette un peu juste mais suffisante.
Proche des commerces de 1ère nécessité : boulangerie, épicerie, poissonnerie, boucherie, pharmacie- Cleanliness

Florence B. Séjour très agréable
Gîte coquet où l'on trouve tout ce qu’on a besoin pour passer un bon séjour. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous recherchions un lieu calme, charmant où tout pouvait se faire à pied et proche des plages. Ce qui est le cas avec ce Gîte. Boulangerie, boucherie, bars, restaurants, un coccimarket et les plages peuvent se faire à pied. La Baule est à 10/15 mn en voiture, le Croisic encore plus proche. Guérande est également proche. Bref, tout était parfait !

Laurence et Pascal Parfait
Propriétaire accueillant et discret. Gite ou il ne manque rien, tout près du centre ville et de la mer,(boulangerie, boucherie, bureau tabac, poissonnier, 2 petits proxi) tout peut se faire à pied. GR a proximité pour faire de la rando.
