Studio located opposite the Guérande ramparts in a small alley (Porte de Saillé), close to shops and restaurants, in a quiet location (set back from the road), and 5 km from the beaches and La Baule.
Public parking nearby (pay parking in July/August only).
35 m² walled garden/yard (right of way for owners living next door).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living/dining room with convertible sofa (140x190), shower room and separate toilet.
Mezzanine: attic bedroom with 140x190 bed.
Facilities include: wifi, cot on request. Microwave oven only (no oven).
Includes: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (Beds made on arrival) and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.

Marin Fijne gîte dichtbij historisch centrum
Fijne week gehad. In de gîte was alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt en een zitje buiten is altijd fijn.

Béatrice S. Très bel endroit
Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce petit cocon aux portes de Guérande. C'est un endroit très calme, très propre. Nanou est une personne très disponible qui nous a très bien accueillis. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.
