Former cowshed renovated into a gîte, respecting the original building, in a quiet location, 10 km from Ancenis and the banks of the Loire, 800 m from a leisure area with a supervised beach in July/August (barbecue, picnic tables, children's play area...). Owners' house on the same site.
Private parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Private south/west-facing terrace and shared access to owners' enclosed garden.
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room (pellet stove), sofa bed in living room, shower room/wc.
Mezzanine floor: 2 beds 140x190 + 2 beds 90x190.
Baby bed included.
Sheets and towels included.
Not included: electricity, pellets (€10 per 15kg bag for approx. 2 days).
Pets on request. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

Welcome to our old family farm in the heart of the countryside.
You will be staying in the cowshed, which has been completely renovated while retaining the exposed stonework inside and out.
A gentle link will take you to the Pont Cornouaille lake, 800 m from the gîte, where picnic tables and communal barbecues await you to enjoy the fine weather. A small beach with lifeguard surveillance in summer, as well as a children's playground and a sports trail await you.
We look forward to sharing our love of the countryside with you.

Rodolphe Excellent séjour. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires.
Situation idéale proche des commerces et du plan d'eau aménagé.Le gîte est entretenu avec soin. Nous les remercions pour leur délicate attention lors de notre arrivée ainsi que pour l'apéritif en fin de séjour, nous heureux de vour avoir rencontrés S et JJ . Ce lieu à la campagne est calme et reposant. Rien à dire c'était parfait.

Caroline Superbe séjour dans une région à mi chemin entre le Bretagne et l'Anjou
Accueil au top avec boissons au frais pour enfants et adultes et des petits gâteaux ! Inutile de dire que les enfants étaient conquis. Gite très bien situé dans un village avec un plan d'eau idéal pour la baignade et les jeux.
