Petanque court and lake 10 m from the gîte. Private parking on property.
Ground floor: living room (access by a step - convertible 140x190), large separate kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with private shower room (1: 2 twin beds 90x190, 2: bed 140x190).
Additional equipment: washing machine, cot.
Electric heating and electricity included.
Not included: bed linen, towels and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (140€ - sheets included). Cleaning deposit required (100€).
