Chez Babette is a semi-detached holiday cottage nestled in the heart of nature, in a quiet setting, 6 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal and 25 km from Nantes.
Private parking on the property.
Two terraces (south and north), one of which overlooks the Countryside.
Ground floor: living room with open-concept fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and separate restroom.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds, 80x200; 2: 2 beds, 90x200, or 1 bed, 160x200, depending on needs) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, radio, crib/high chair.
Included: sheets, towels.
Not included: electricity, Electric heating, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€70).
