In the countryside, 20 km from the Sea and 35 km from Nantes, a fully renovated former attached barn. Enclosed outdoor area of 220 m² with a swing set. Available: 3 mini games (pool, ping-pong, hoquet) + 2 kids’ bikes (€35 deposit).
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-concept kitchen, pantry, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds 90x190 that can be joined together and a private bathroom), and a separate toilet.
Mezzanine: 1 bedroom with a sink area (2 beds 90x190).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, stereo, standing fan, Baby Equipment (crib, high chair, bathtub, umbrella stroller...), cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges...).
Included: bed linens.
Not included: Electric heating (13€/night), electricity, and bath towels. Pets: €100 security deposit. Cleaning deposit (€75).

CAROLINE Très jolie semaine de passée
Très joli gite. Rien ne manque. Très bonne literie. Au calme, nous avons du une semaine de soleil et avons pu profiter de la terrasse. C'était très agréable. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et les petites douceurs.
